Just visited the location at 875 N Dearborn St and I could not have been more impressed. Rose at the front desk was so bubbly and welcoming. She made me feel at ease immediately. Her demeanor was so friendly. Had botox injections done by Neda, and her professionalism and efficiency was top tier. She was also super kind. The spa was clean and charming and they get you in and out quickly. All while being sure to not make you feel rushed. I will be back.

I’ve been seen Magdalena, Mia and Kaylee for Botox , fillers , radio frequency and I’m extremely happy. I feel like I went through a huge glow up. I am pleased with results and they exceeded my expectations.Also fun, friendly staff and the spa is very clean.

I’ve now had the face-tightening facial with Tricia twice, and I can’t say enough good things. She is truly amazing — very professional and takes the time to explain exactly what she’s doing throughout the entire service. After she finished, I honestly felt like I had just received a facelift. The results were that noticeable. Tricia never rushes; she takes her time and does an incredible job. I highly recommend Tricia for facials, and I highly recommend the face-tightening facial in particular. Also, the membership is absolutely worth it — such a great value.

I’ve tried a couple places in chicago for botox and laser hair removal and honestly love Pure med spa, and what i appreciate the most is how fast and straight to the point everything is. No unnecessary protocol, no wasting time, just effective.Meghan does the laser and she’s sooo efficient but still super careful. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing, everything is quick but the results are amazing.And Rose, at the front desk just keeps everything flowing. Super organized, gets you in and out, no chaos, no waiting around.

I’ve been seeing Kaylee for years now, she does an absolute amazing job with both lips and Botox. She really listens to what you want and doesn’t try to over sell you. Just an overall great experience. I have brought some friends here too who love her work. Definitely a must visit !!!
