How does the founding member offer work?

The first 100 members to enroll receive 50% off their first month at any tier. The offer applies to the first monthly payment only; your membership then continues at the standard tier rate. How do PURE Beauty Dollars work?

Each month, your tier deposits $10 (Glow), $20 (Smooth), or $30 (Sculpt) into your Beauty Dollars balance. If you miss your monthly treatment, its value banks into your balance automatically as well. You can redeem Beauty Dollars on any PURE service or retail product. Funds stay redeemable for 12 months from each deposit date, so plan to enjoy them within the year.

How do the complimentary Botox units work?

Every tier includes them: 10 units per quarter for Glow (40 a year), 15 for Smooth (60 a year), and 20 for Sculpt (80 a year). Units must be used within the calendar quarter they are awarded and they do not roll into the next quarter. You can combine them with paid units in the same visit for larger treatment areas, and your complimentary units are separate from your injectable member savings.

What can I choose for my monthly treatment?

Each month you pick one treatment from your tier's menu. Glow members choose a HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, or a Level 1 Peel. Smooth members choose a Deluxe HydraFacial, Microneedling, Dermaplaning with Peel, or a Level 2 Peel. Sculpt members choose a Platinum HydraFacial, Microneedling, Dermaplaning with Peel, a Level 3 Peel, a Signature Facial, or an IV Drip. One complimentary service can be redeemed per visit.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and your accumulated Beauty Dollars move with you. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and are available once your tier's minimum commitment is complete (3 months for Glow and Smooth, 6 months for Sculpt).

What happens to my Beauty Dollars if I cancel?

You have a 60-day window after cancellation to redeem your remaining balance at standard pricing, or until the 12-month redemption window on each deposit closes, whichever comes sooner. Membership payments and deposited funds are non-refundable, so we encourage you to enjoy your balance before it lapses.

Can I share my membership with friends or family?

Yes. Every tier includes one transfer per calendar year, covering one month of standard membership benefits for the person you choose. Accumulated Beauty Dollars stay with you; the transfer covers included treatments and member pricing. Memberships can also be purchased as a gift under the same terms.

Is there a sign-up fee or long contract?

There is zero sign-up fee. Each tier has a minimum commitment (3 months for Glow and Smooth, 6 months for Sculpt) to give your skin enough time to show results. After the minimum, your membership simply continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days written notice.

Are the treatments physician-supervised?

Yes. PURE Medical Spa is a physician-led practice and all treatments are administered under the supervision of a licensed physician. Every membership begins with a consultation, and treatment eligibility is always determined clinically, which is part of how we keep results natural and safe.

Membership Terms

Founding Member Offer (First 100)

  • The first 100 members to enroll receive 50% off their first month at any tier
  • Applies to the first monthly payment only; membership then continues at the standard tier rate
  • Available for online enrollment, while spots last
  • Limited to one redemption per new member
  • Not combinable with other promotions or member savings
  • The minimum commitment for the selected tier still applies

Membership Commitment

  • 3-month minimum for PURE Glow and PURE Smooth
  • 6-month minimum for PURE Sculpt
  • After the minimum, membership continues month-to-month until canceled
  • Auto-renews monthly via the payment method on file
  • Cancellation during the minimum requires payment of remaining months
  • Only one complimentary service can be redeemed per visit

PURE Beauty Dollars

  • Monthly deposit by tier: $10 (Glow), $20 (Smooth), $30 (Sculpt)
  • Membership funds must be used within 12 months of the deposit date
  • Unused monthly treatment value banks automatically into your PURE Beauty Dollars balance
  • Redeemable for any PURE service or retail product
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to non-members

  • Sculpt members receive 30% off body contouring (CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, or Venus Bliss)
  • Sculpt members receive 30% off total body laser hair removal
  • Laser and body benefits are subject to clinical eligibility

Birthday / Anniversary Upgrade

  • Treatment upgrade valued at $50 (Glow), $75 (Smooth), $100 (Sculpt)
  • Must be redeemed within the member's birthday or anniversary month
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to retail-only purchases
  • Not transferable

Friends & Family Transferability

  • Available to all tiers (Glow, Smooth, and Sculpt)
  • One transfer per calendar year
  • Covers one month of standard membership benefits
  • Accumulated Beauty Dollars do not transfer; only included treatments and member pricing
  • Recipient must meet clinical eligibility for any transferred treatment
  • Memberships may also be purchased as a gift and follow the same terms

Tier Changes

  • Upgrades can be made anytime; accumulated Beauty Dollars transfer with you
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Downgrades during a tier's minimum commitment are not permitted
  • Re-enrollment after cancellation is subject to current pricing and terms

Pricing & Benefits

  • PURE reserves the right to modify benefits, prices, or terms with 30-day notice
  • Existing members are honored at their enrolled rate for 12 months following any price change
  • Member-only service pricing applies to listed treatments only; certain products and promotional packages may be excluded
  • All member savings and complimentary services are non-stackable with other promotions unless explicitly noted

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime after your minimum commitment with 30-day written notice to pure@puremedicalspa.us
  • Zero early-termination fee after the minimum is complete
  • Final monthly charge applies during the 30-day notice period
  • Refunds are not provided for previously billed months or deposited funds
  • Beauty Dollars remain redeemable for 60 days after cancellation, or until the 12-month window closes, whichever is sooner

Booking & Scheduling

  • Monthly treatment must be scheduled within the calendar month; one missed month banks that treatment's value into PURE Beauty Dollars per the terms above
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice count as the monthly redemption
  • Treatment availability is subject to provider schedule and clinic capacity
  • Members receive priority over non-member appointments
  • Members may not transfer or sell their scheduled appointments
