Terms & Conditions:

  • No other promotional offers can be combined with membership discounts.
  • Membership requires minimum of 3 months of commitment. If membership is cancelled within first 3 months, services would not be available, including laser hair.
  • Membership cancellation can be processed only with at least 30 Days prior written notice, sent to email pure@puremedicalspa.us.
  • Membership will be cancelled after 30 days from the date of the cancellation request.
  • Unused credit can roll over, only one time, for the next one month, upon request.
  • One procedure can be done once a month.
  • All Tox can be availed as per the following schedule: First Free Tox, available at 1st month. Second Free Tox, available after 6 Months. Third Free Tox & Filler, available after last month or after 12th month.
  • In case of a credit card change, please inform us. If your credit card on file is rejected during the term, we will give a 10-day notice. After that, membership benefits will be immediately cancelled.
  • Clients under existing membership plans have a choice to avail these new membership plans, and enjoy the benefits.
  • All the memberships would be renewed automatically at the end of 12th month, with similar benefits, unless cancelled in writing to the email pure@puremedicalspa.us.
  • By enrolling up in the membership, you agree to all the terms & conditions.
